Job Brief
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as an International Voice Process Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling international client interactions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving sales through effective communication.
This role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Effectively sell products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall organizational goals.
Education Requirements
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass
- Preferred Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 1 year in an international voice process
- Preferred Experience: B2C sales experience will be an added advantage
Behavioral & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to consistently meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
